Terms and Conditions - Garden Maintenance Hornsey

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms under which we provide garden maintenance services in Hornsey. By hiring us, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Our garden maintenance services include, but are not limited to:

• Regular lawn mowing and trimming
• Weeding and plant care
• Pruning and shaping of shrubs and trees
• Garden clean-up and waste removal
• Seasonal planting and garden design

3. Service Agreement

Upon agreeing to our services, a service agreement will be established outlining the scope, frequency, and duration of the maintenance work.

3.1. Duration

The standard duration of the service agreement is one year, with the option to renew upon mutual consent.

3.2. Frequency

Services are typically provided weekly, but this can be adjusted based on client requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due on a monthly basis, payable via bank transfer or direct debit. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide access to the garden during agreed service times
• Ensure that all plants and structures are safe and accessible
• Communicate any specific requirements or concerns promptly

6. Liability

While we take utmost care in performing our services, we are not liable for any pre-existing garden conditions or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are payable in full.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to implementation.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

10. Acceptance of Terms
